Building the Future of Youth Sports

Through Facilities, Education, Fun, and Community.

About Strike Sports

Strike Sports is building a better future for youth baseball through practical tools, resources, products, and fundraising options for players, coaches, and families who love the game but know the system can be better.

We’re fans, players, parents, and coaches too, and we believe baseball is for everyone. Our goal is to make development more accessible, affordable, and community-centered, with a focus on fundamentals, reps, movement, joy, and long-term player health.

Today, that starts with coaching resources, team products, and honest conversations about youth sports. Tomorrow, we’re building toward a training facility where players can grow at their own pace, coaches can get support, girls and women have more opportunities in the game, and parents can stay active too through gym access, batting cages, and adult play.

Because baseball should strengthen the whole family, not just the athlete.

About Strike Sports Fundraising

Teams and groups need better ways to raise money.

That’s why we created custom team trading card packs that feature every player on the roster. Kids get to see themselves as the star of their own story, and families receive a keepsake they’ll actually treasure.

Every 25 packs sold can earn more than $500 in revenue share for the organization, plus a free coach’s pack as a thank-you for the people who keep showing up for their players.

It’s fundraising that celebrates athletes, supports teams, and gives families something meaningful in return.

Meet the Founders

Strike Sports was founded by Ericka and Brian O’Hara, a husband-and-wife team, baseball parents, former players, coaches, and lifelong fans.

Their love story started when a pitcher fell in love with a catcher, and the game has stayed at the center of their family ever since. When their sons caught the baseball bug, it led to years of coaching, learning, cheering, and community building.

Ericka, Co-Founder & CEO, focuses on families, coaches, and players. Brian, Co-Founder, brings a lifelong love of baseball as a pitcher, coach, dad, and leader.

Together, they’re building Strike Sports for the players, parents, coaches, and communities who believe youth baseball can be more accessible, more supportive, and more human.
